Chilblains or perniosis refer to a seasonal condition characterized by the inflammation of small blood vessels that is triggered by an abnormal reaction to cold and humid conditions.
COVID toes may present like chilblains but there are many other aetiologies of the later like SLE, anorexia, celiac disease etc.
