I took free exit in All India Round 1, Dint get a sear in state round 1
Then in all india round 2, i got a seat , which i dint join with forfeiture of 25k .
Then am i eligible for State Round 2 and All India Mop Up ?
Someone please help .

Yes in mop up provided you didn’t join after state R2 itself. In ai mop up you will also need a fresh registration and 25k payment.
After nd from aiq 2, until u join any seat anywhere, u r eligible for further rounds
