Cushing syndrome when occurs as paraneoplastic syndrome

Cushing syndrome when occurs as paraneoplastic syndrome, it occurs due to excess of corticotrophin or its precoursor pro-opiomelanocortin and corticotrophin like peptides. Cushing syndrome occurs in Small cell carcinoma of lung, Neural tumor, Pancreatic carcinoma.
Hypercalcemia occurs in renal carcinoma, Breast carcinoma, Squamous cell carcinoma of lung and adult T cell leukemia/ Lymphoma.
Paraneoplastic syndrome associated with Bronchogenic carcinoma-
-Myasthenia
-Dermatomyositis
-Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy
-Venus thrombosis
