Dilution hyponatremia in kwashiorkor d/t edema but fluid will move out from blood

U said that there is dilution hyponatremia in kwashiorkor d/t edema but fluid will move out from blood if edema is there so hypernatermia should occur please explain

In kwashiorkor, though hyponatraemia occurs, total body sodium is elevated. Cardiac output is diminished on average by 30% in kwashiorkor, and renal fractional sodium excretion reduced by up to 70%. Sodium builds up inside cells due to leaky cell membranes and reduced activity of the sodium-potassium pump, leading to excess body sodium, fluid retention, and edema.

Thank you.
