Disappearence of asymmetric tonic neck reflux ? 4 months or 6 months?

disappearence of asymmetric tonic neck reflux ? 4 months or 6 months?

his is assymetric tonic neck reflex it disappears by 4 months if it persist above 6 months a umn lession should be suspected

Without disappearance of atonic neck reflex rolling over is not possible hence 4 months is more correct answer

The disappearance of ATNR correlates with appearance of Rolling over. So yes the answer would be 4m coz that’s the time of roll over (3-5 months)

Is there any trick to remember the reflexes appearance and regression

The asymmetric tonic neck reflex is absent by 6 - 7 months of age according to Nelson textbook of Pediatrics but according to Ghai textbook of Pediatrics it is 4 months. There exists a discrepancy between resources .

Thank you.
