Do you feel hungry all the time?

According to health experts, appetite or overdue food is a kind of disease.

A medical research has revealed that all the time starvation causes a sudden huge reduction in blood sugar levels.

According to research, people whose blood sugar level suddenly decreases after a few hours of eating, they feel hunger all the time.

This research published in the Medical Journal of Nature Metabolism was the world’s largest research on how people reacted to food in the real world.

Scientists from different countries around the world with Britain’s Kings College London discovered why some people face difficulties in physical weight loss despite all efforts.

Including two people for research, blood sugar reaction and other health factors data were tested for traditional and their choice of breakfast.

Traditional breakfast contained factors like carbohydrates, protein, grease and fiber.

The blood sugar level of these people was seen on an empty stomach to know how much the body makes gratitude a part of the body.

These people were delivered glucose monitors to know their blood sugar level at all times during research period while physical activities and sleep were also monitored from a wareable device.

Researchers also recorded their appetite and physical intelligence levels with the help of a phone application.

After analyzing all the data, the research team discovered that some people feel severe hunger hours after eating, causing their blood sugar level to low rapidly.

Such people’s appetite increases by percent and they eat the next diet on average half an hour before others.

Such people make hours after breakfast compared to others and more calories throughout the day.

Research suggests that this effect could result in the physical weight of such people to increase more than kilograms in a year.

Researchers said it has been thought for a long time that blood sugar levels play an important role in controlling hunger, but the previous results were unclear.

He said we’ve now proven that blood sugar levels can best predict about appetite and use of more calories.

He said many people face difficulties in bringing and maintaining physical weight while a few hundred extra calories daily could cause a significant increase in weight over a year.

He further said our discovery shows that sudden decrease in blood sugar levels can affect health and physical weight on long overdue basis.
