Dorsal scapular and thoracodorsal artery

3 part of Subclavian artery & 3 part of a illati artery I.e dorsal scapular and thoracodorsal artery

In this scenario, there is an anterior dislocation, with axillary artery compression, because there is a non-compromised circulation, the nearest collaterals will take over the circulation. Nevertheless, subclavian forms the nearest blood supply. On the other hand, dorsal scapular artery anastomoses in the inferomedial aspect, far from the site of lesion.
