Is the ecg interpreting RBBB pathern+ RAD only ?
As there is an additional finding at lead 2… Irregular RR int. Is that interfere any additional finding?
Ecg without patient details is like the most useless exercise
sorry sir. 50 yrs old male presented to casualty with sudden onset of syncopal attack. There is no h/o of such episode in the past. At present patient is under anti hypertensive medication ( telmesartan+hydrochlorthiazide) ×3 yrs+ a known DM2 taking Oha ( Metformin+ Dapaglifosin) ×3 months.
Rbbb… n that thing in lead 2 is sinus arythmia…
If someone sent u that ecg fr a consult, ask them to meet some medicine consultant
