FMGE / MCI Screening test August 2020 Exam analysis - is this a screening exam? or USMLE. It a pure sign of injustice to foreign medical graduates. NBE did not follow its own blueprint in terms of the distribution of number of questions subject wise, 1 min of duration for each question is meant to answer one-liner type of multiple-choice questions but how come the time will be the same for 200 plus stem-based and clinical based questions of 4-5 lines. Foreign medical graduates will prepare if NBE or MCI tells them the proper syllabus, the pattern of exam, the Absolute blueprint, and what are the resources to study. after giving all these NBE or MCI can question anyone but they cannot play with the life of Foreign Medical Graduates. If this exam was to give the tase of the National exit test, then its the responsibility of NBE to tell the same way before to students so that students will be well equipped in terms of preparation and resources to study. its time to upgrade the way preparation is done and also its the time for all coaching institutes to be well equipped with case-based scenarios and image-based questions and plz do not depend on last min revision, one-liners, and quick reviews, lets face the challenge and hurdles and reach the pinnacle of success.
