For how long can a person infected with HIV/Aids start showing signs and symptoms?
The disease progresses in 4 stages but the occurrence of signs & symptoms will depend whether some one is a slow progressor or Fast progressor.
Usually symptoms start when some one undergoes seroconversion ( Fever, night sweats, joint pains, generalised lymphadenopathy, rash, flu like illnesses).
After seroconversion, the virus undergoes a period of latency where people live without any symptoms & that’s why you can’t judge you’re status by simply focusing on the symptoms.
DEPEND ON SEVERAL FACTORS ,INCLUSIVELY ;(1)AMOUNT OF VIRAL LOAD YOU HAVE. .(2)HOW VILURENT ARE VIRALS even a single copy of virulentvirus might show symptoms and signs.(3)INDIVIDUAL CELLURAL IMMUNITY .etc.
First 2-3 weeks fever which then stops. Later 5-6 years you will be suffering diseases that will take more time to be cured but if it z not discovered early and d treatment z not commenced, will progress to Aids at the 10th year due to the viral load has multiplied overwhelming the antibodies n the body
The symptoms varies. To some their faces starts becoming old and their skin color fades. It z also associated with frequent sneezing without reason to sneeze. Pimples will start growing on the person’s face especially at the jaw for males but for females neck area. Pimples on the chest and back mostly for both gender. Associated with weight loss too. Vomiting frequently like every 3 weeks. Migraine headache. Body starts fighting immune system making for example he malaria that suppose to b treated in a day to be treated for 2-3weeks. This gets worst as day goes on
