Found covid positive, severe headache ,body ache ,fever not able to get up from bed, severely depressed bcoz not able to read from many days …just literaly no clue what to do…how to recover fast …any suggestions ? I am on azithro and multivitamin .what other things to do…

Ch, electrolytes and pt-inr fibrinogen d-dimer.
According to results oral/iv dexa and lmwh should be started without delay

Take medicines as per protocol
Check oxygen saturation and other vitals 3times a day
Enough of fluids
High protein diet
