French in Foley’s is outer circumference or outer diameter??
Sir has cleared this doubt many times. He says its circumfrence.

Outer circumference
3 french = 1 mm (diameter)

I did. And it said what u posted whereas marrow says the reverse…
Also it has been asked once in exam so it makes it highly likely to b asked again… Hence I was just wanted to clear the confusion… 
Also time is same with u also my frnd… If u keep on teaching people what to do n what not to how will u complete the syllabus??
I think I had prefixed my statement with stating you not to take it personally.
Obviously you must be an intelligent student, but we must pick our battles. Time is the limiting factor in neet.
