French in Foley's is outer circumference or outer diameter?

French in Foley’s is outer circumference or outer diameter??

Sir has cleared this doubt many times. He says its circumfrence.

Outer circumference>outer diameter

Outer circumference

3 french = 1 mm (diameter)

he has already cleared it multiple times. Its outer circumference

Don’t take it personally, but

A lot of simple stuff can be just googled.

If you get stuck in outer vs inner diameter discussion, how will you complete your syllabus?

in a way u r right doctor… 😅

Thanks for reminding me that very less time is left… But also I’d have appreciated if u didn’t think of me as this stupid that I wudnt have google it 😅

I did. And it said what u posted whereas marrow says the reverse…

Also it has been asked once in exam so it makes it highly likely to b asked again… Hence I was just wanted to clear the confusion… 😊

Also time is same with u also my frnd… If u keep on teaching people what to do n what not to how will u complete the syllabus??

I think I had prefixed my statement with stating you not to take it personally.

Obviously you must be an intelligent student, but we must pick our battles. Time is the limiting factor in neet.

All the best.
