FY2 CARDIOTHORACIC SURGERY
Applications are invited for one full time posts of FY2 in Cardiothoracic Surgery to work alongside our existing team of Consultants, Clinical Fellows and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Apart from clinical exposure and training opportunities in the full range of adult cardiac and thoracic surgery, the ECTC has four areas of strength – (i) minimally invasive cardiac and thoracic surgery; (ii) aortic surgery; (iii) off-pump myocardial revascularization; (iv) multidisciplinary operating for example complex chest wall resection and reconstructive surgery with St Andrew’s Centre, Broomfield (the regional plastic surgery and burns unit).
This appointment will be based on a one-year Fixed Term contract which will be reviewed at six months.
