Got my surgery yesterday, I did not feel anything with the meds but once the effect was gone it definitely felt like someone stabbed me with a knife and left it there! Now this morning I only took tylenol and I am trying as much as possible to keep the oxycodone for the night.The pain is not too bad.The cold therapy unit is really a must!
Ice ice baby! I think I took 2 doses that first day 3 the next and then moved to Tylenol. I had asked them not to give me 30 tabs - used 5. Now I have to head to the police station to safely dispose. Good luck!!!
I got 30 tabs too, I dont want to be like a veggie in front of my kids. So I will try the “tylenol challenge”
Hopefully it stays that way for you. Just some advice, if it gets bad, call your doctor rather than sitting in pain. I sat miserable for 2 days before I called and modified medication.
