POD 3 from ACL with allograft. Had my ACL/MCL injury 1/21/21 and had nearly 100% back before surgery 3/11 but was unstable. I have posted before but really want to know a one year timeline and tips to be better than before from you smart people. This is NOT meant replace physician instructions or the excellent help of PT. Will start in comments below please add! Open to everything from exercises, how many hours to exercise, nutritional support, best sneakers and shoes for post surgery etc.
After Month 6
I’m 4 months post donor ACLR. My physical therapy was specifically overseen by my therapist. 2x per week for the first 8 weeks, once a week for the next and every other week this past month. Released to everything except skiing and pivot turns this past week
