Has anyone been charged an amount equivalent to 40 dollars while cancelling plab? Or is my bank trying to scam me?

When you get a refund full amount returns usually no deduction except for conversion rate. GBP is 24 rupees extra by this definition you may count plab fee to current rate and see if it is almost the same.

That’s showing up as a separate fee. They charged around 1500 rupees for that.
I heard GMC wasn’t charging anything for cancellations/resecheduling and I wanted to confirm that.
The bank made the transaction via US dollars. About 340 each time. But now I’m expected to pay 40 dollars more.
