Has anyone used any face serums that actually HELPED even with severe eczema?

Preferably no floral oils as I’m too sensitive to that.
Cerave and Vaseline. My dermatologist says I can use protopic and eucrisa on healthy skin as a preventative. However, recently I used eucrisa on my face and I thought I was having an amazing skin day. When I put it around my mouth I had the most intense pain and burning. I’m talking tears in my eyes, palpitations dropped to my knees pain.
The same EXACT thing happened when I put it on a patch of skin near my lip. Omg it was awful pain
I’ve had that with protopic!! Left a chemical burn on my face and neck
I tried everything, any ointments (prescriptions and over the counter), Every allergy med known to man and steroids. The only thing I’ve shown improvement on Dupixent. It’s really been a lifesaver maybe ask your doctor about it. It’s super hard to get insurance to approve it, and it’s fairly new so a lot of people don’t know about it yet.
