Treatment started by admitted in the Covid special isolation ward of this hospital on Ashoj 1, 2077
There was regular medication for insulin and high blood pressure for diabetes but his diabetes was not under control when admitted to the hospital.
He was initially placed on various types of insulin and antibiotics to control oxygen, blood sugar. Due to no hopeful improvement in his health during treatment, the Ministry of Health and Population initiative, the Nepali Army has made every possible effort to transmission through helicopter to more facilities, despite the low oxygen saturation, there is no possibility of any accidents during dispatch.
Despite all the efforts, Severe Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) has been developed as a result of pneumonia and soco in his lungs, as oxygen saturation is decreasing, Endotracheal Intubation was put in artificial breathing system (Mechanical Ventilator) today at 6 am.
