Hello everyone…I want you to read my post till end and give suggestion in end I am last year medical student. I was a brillant student in my academic years untill a NIGHTMARE DAY COME IN MY LIFE…IN JUNE 2020 I LOST MY LIFELINE I LOST MY PAPA…i was in my college my exams were going on i was not informed i didn’t attend final rituals…14 months have passed by i went through lot of pain and suffering…i have become overweight my sleep cycle hampered my mind is unstable with thoughts,emotions and most importantly i am not able to study for long hours not able to concentrate and remember for long duration which i used to do 2years back…I want 3 suggestion…one regarding my overweight is this due to depression?? should i go for yoga i have no time for gym and outside excercise since i am in last year…Second about how to be focused and study for long hours without getting tired and fatigue…Thirdly improve memory and retain for many days…please help me friends

Firstly , if sleep cycle is hampered & if you still face issues with thoughts & emotions , the best way is to seek professional help. It will help for sure .
Secondly , obviously you must be feeling a lot of pressure of academics , so I want to tell you , right now is the best time to look upon yourself , don’t think I will look after my health afterwards . If you can study for 4 hours , make it 3 hour it put one hour into yourself . Any physical activity will help . May it be Running, gyming ,swimming , dancing , badmindon any thing .
But it should be a daily ritual for you .
Believe me it will help you heal emotionally as well as you will be able to focus better on academics .
Your Mental health is important , please make it a priority right now .
