Hey, i am Tanusree from India. It’s been nearly a month since my ACL, PCL tear.
I am doing regular exercises at home, weight bearing of 1.5kg, walking using one crutch, quads, 90deg ROM. But my left thigh muscles seem to be loose. Any advise on how to get them fixed?
Also, the swelling has not reduced completely. Can you provide some suggestions?

You’re still really early in your recovery. Give your repairs time to set, while doing the passive exercises your doctor or physical therapist recommended. Continue to ice and elevate as much as possible. Swelling is normal, weak muscles will come back but takes time. Search the group for information on exercises for people in your timeframe of healing.
