Horner + heterochromia = congenital horner
Horner + cerebellar signs or UMNL in UL or painful movement of the eye = MS
Horner + LMNL and Charcot joint in UL = syringomyelia .
Horner + contralateral sensory loss = PICA or Wallenberg syndrome.
Horner + neck pain and contralateral weakness = carotid artery dissection .
Horner + cardiothoracic or neck surgery = post operative ( may be permanent) .
Horner + wright loss and cough = pancoast tumour .
