Hypomelanotic ash leaf macules are seen in over 90% of children with Tuberous sclerosis. Three or more hypopigmented macules constitutes a major feature for the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis. Shagreen patch is a firm or rubbery irregular plaque ranging in size from 1 to 10 cm. Ungual fibromas could be either periungual or subungal.
