Itll take some time… starting to get interns these days whos only objective of coming into med is making money. So when we get more of such candidates,there will be more professionalism in demands, more assertion, and a certain domination. Having all peoples doctors has brought us here that now anybody can abuse us, beat up and get away with it. It is much needed now to have a demanding outlook . And it is coming soon.
Duty off is the ultimate solution. People don’t realise something’s worth till it is lost and unavailable. Frequent duty off needed. Only then people will think twice before raising their hands. Off means everything off, not just OPD services.
Even when a constable is beaten. Every one from top to bottom in police dept. …kanoon par hath uthaya hai… arrest them…
