how can a breech identified first time in labor/delivery be delivered NORMALLY?? yes it can be delivered by Assisted vaginal delivery but to do NORMAL delivery ECV/IPV would be req but already pt is in labor . so how come option A is false?

The indications for CS in breech presentation is : Footling breech and Stargazer

Only when pt is not in active labor and pog is >36wk then only can do ECV and VD , otherwise Primi with breech is itself a relative c/i .
Hi Rishav Shrivastav, This patient does not have any of the absolute indications for caesarean section in breech delivery and can thus be delivered by assisted breech delivery via vaginal route. Thank you.
