You said that MHC-1 has major role in graft rejection…but later you also said that in DIRECT MEC of graft rejection there is role of both MHC-1 &2…while in indirect mechanism…there is role of MHC-2 and B cells(here MHC-2 seems to have more role in both mechanisms…then how come MHC-1 has a dominant role??)
This is because most rejection occurs by the direct pathway and in which more important role is that of MHC 1
