How does amphetamine helps in localisation of horner syndrome??
In 3rd order neuron leison no mydriasis…how is it so??..plz explain
Amphetamine acts by releasing NE from post ganglionic neurons and produce mydriasis.
So if no mydriasis, means the leison is post ganglionic or 3rd order neurons are involved.
If there is mydriasis, then leison is preganionic.
