How many new seats will be added in AiqR2?
Many…atleast many dnb seats will be added
you can count seats with previous year… i have counted few institutes in wb…and there are very much less seats in r1

and many pwd seats are empty… Will they convert them to UR in R2?
most likely no…they may be converted in mopup. Because any pwd candidate may not take admission in r2 and freshly register in mopup and claim pwd quota.
Okay… But if they have to include same seats for this Yr… Y would they not include in r1 and keep it for r2??
actually in R1 they don’t show all the seats…in R2 those seats become available…
Whenevr any seat of any quota remains vacant… That is normally transferred to other quotas in preference order… Rare that the seat will reach till UR afik.
