how ocp decrease chance of ectopic pregnancy in failure (as progesterone component decrease tubal motility- so chance should increase)
It’s like ocp prevents ovulation so overall it’s decrease chance of ectopic but if female taking only progesterone pill so it increase the chances of ectopic as it decrease the motility of tube.
