How to differentiate between tenia sodium and toxoplasmosis

How to differentiate between tenia sodium and toxoplasmosis as both have ring enhancing lesion and history of contact with animals?

NCC will have scolex of organism ( vesicular stage)- “Cyst with dot sign” or the nodular calcification ( later stages) inside the ring enhancing lesions.

Toxoplasma will have no scolex, only the concentric rings

nodular calcification given in the question which represents the end quiescent calcified cyst of NCC

Toxoplasmosis is symptomatic mostly in individuals who have a weak immune system. In the given stem, there is no history pointing towards that. Hence NCC caused by Taenia is the most probable answer. Nodular calcification on imaging is also supportive for the same.
Thank you.
