I find medicine in marrow a bit tough

Make physio patho and pharmac strong. It will help you cover medicine.
And just study the important topics of medicine, not everything, use the costume module feature,
Study only the important ones from notes, watch only videos of those topics that you find hard to understand or getting too many questions wrong.
Depends on the time that you have allotted for it, and if your other subjects are strong, you can give more time to medicine. If not, than just do the important ones first, and if you are left with some time, than revise only the important ones again.
Even if you cover everything, we can’t revise.
Don’t study what you cannot revise, it’s just waste of time.
