I had fixed my sleeping schedule but then due to anxiety

I had fixed my sleeping schedule but then due to anxiety I haven’t been able to sleep until 4am from past few days , can some one pls suggest how to get back to a normal sleep schedule effectively and fast now that very few days are left . Tried all possible things I could

So many things really.

Try to cut down on stimulant - coffee and tea after 5pm preferably.

Go for a walk or aerobic exercise before evening studies…will help u concentrate better and also fall asleep quicker.

Don’t try the pharmacological options before trying lifestyle changes and increasing self awareness
