I had knee reconstruction. My meniscus was torn and acl destroyed. I had grafts etc. my surgery was December 31st and it’s still swollen but I’m up walking but they won’t let me bend beyond 90 degrees.
It swells and I’m still in a good amount of pain. If I’m up and Around to much it swells and throbs. Is this all normal? This has been far worse than both caesarean sections I had.
I’m just so frustrated with not being able to do much. Depression is awful. Anyone experience any of this?
