I have upsc exam on 28th.
I was feeling anxiety.
I was thinking to take alprax .5mg or fludac or diazepam 5mg. What should i take.
Can any psychiatrist suggest me.
Starting an SSRI won’t be helpful at this point cos it takes 2-4 weeks to act , rather take a beta blocker for exam anxiety , and benzos If u have sleep problems , make sure u leave it after the exam , anything else , ping ne
