I put on 20kgs during preparation. Like whatever i do those 20kgs want to stay with me. Anyone has some unique and easy tips for making them vanish.Any help appreciated. And also those machines on which people just stand to loose weight,do they work?

Resistance training (heavy weights, resistance bands, bodyweight),HIIT, a little cardio.
You don’t have to just loose fat,you have to gain muscle too(it is metabolicly active tissue,it will raise BMR which will help in calorie deficit)
Calorie deficit is the only and only and only way to loose fat, SPOT REDUCTION IS A MYTH.
Also,fitness is not a goal,its a lifestyle .Enter this field only if you can be honest, dedicated, persistent your whole life.
