I saw last year’s round 2 results and saw that many didn’t report in the first round and weren’t alloted in the second round. What does this mean? Does it mean now they don’t have any seat?
Also how can we make sure that if we don’t report in the first round , we surely get a seat in the second round.
That means they had alloted seats in state councilling
