I sincerely respect your right to fight for merit, but please do it after 2021 counselling is over. Thousands are protesting to expedite the counselling process and filing petitions is not going to help it.

if it applied onece no 1 can stop …merit cant be killed …i know how much hard work it take to get seat n ur dream branch…judges if dont they need to …constitution n law are same for all .
yes sir I totally understand. I myself is a UR candidate. Further delay is not what we want now. There are people in this group who dropped twice or thrice for their dream branch, many have postponed marriages. Creating more uncertainty is not the way. 2021 neetpg had already seen enough chaos, let it finish and rules regarding the reservation can be made before neetpg 22 counselling, so that the SC has enough time to work it through, they are gonna take time anyway.
Only thing which had been kept forward by forda and other was regarding …EWS …giving obc sc st a sensitive issue N clean chit …even center now think dr have problem wd EWS rest dey are ok …many RDA leader are from OBC SC ST so dey were against FAIMA demanding to struck all reservation n do counseling as conducted previously…general will again be given lollipop n politician n other benefited …obc rule applied in 2008 as general got quiet
