How to deffrentiate diffrent types of WPW in ECG
?
Type A …R wave dominant in v1 , positive delta wave in precordial leads
Type B …R wave in v1 not dominant ,neagative delta wave in v1v2
I think the most important defferntiate is
Wide and narrow qrs b/c the ttt was deffetent
in WPW syndrome type A:
delta waves will be positive in all chest leads with expecting left accessory pathway
Type B WPW:
Delta wave will be negative deflection with Prominant R wave in V1 giving appearance of RBBb expecting Right Acessory pathway Osama Nawar
