One thought 
If DNB training is substandard becoz of private institute patients are being treated/operated only by senior doctors there.
Then what is the standard of training in USA, UK, australia, canada?? Where almost all patients are elite class and i think nobody is going to give a free hand there on those patients.
It’s perspective…always depends on ur consultant…and how your approach is towards patients…if they think u r competent enough for patients…you will get the required training…but alas only some places have this system
