sir- i have 2 queries
- if I take admission in state round 1 (West Bengal),can I resign and take admission through All India round 2 (if I get a better seat in AIR2)???
2)If I take admission through state Round 1 and upgrade in state round 2 and do not take any seat in any AIR ,will I be eligible for ALL INDIA MOP UP COUNSELLING???
