In Development Dyplasia of hip
Due to greater trochanter being at proximal level due to dislocation
there must be weakening of abductors muscle, which result in limitation of abduction and internal rotation.
so attitude must be adduction and external rotation?
but If we see .posterior dislocation is more common so attitude must be Flexion , adduction and internal rotation?
what actually happen and how happens in DDH internal rotation or external rotation?
