In hyperemesis gravidarum in the ANC lecture

Mam in hyperemesis gravidarum in the ANC lecture you told about the three diagnostic criteria that includes severe N&V ,Wt loss, ketonuria

But in the maternal adaptations video you told unstable vitals also as an diagnostic critera

Is unstable vitals a diagnostic criteria as we know vitals will become deranged in hyperemesis

Thank you

The diagnostic criteria includes - the three points I have mentioned in antenatal videos - unstable vitals first of all will not always be present in hyperemesus gravidarum - but if present it means we are dealing with hyperemesis and not just morning sickness

Thank you mam
