Please guide me seniors
In service candidates are required to produce noc at time joining only
Or are given time for generating noc to get it deposit
Kindly guide me.
Ideally for appearing in exam also one needs NOC.To participate in counselling one should furnish NOC ( atleast for state one).
If they permit you to participate in counselling without NOC It is good then.
There was petition last year by Dr Ghiloria
