In the 1st video of Anti aarythmic drugs , in class 1st b drugs , u told that in mi myocardial cell is permanently depolarised due to excess calcium in myocardial cell , but Sir depolarization in myocardial cell is independent of calcium so how due to excess calcium myocardial cell is depolarised ?

Just like in SA node calcium causes depolarization; excess of calcium in myocardium cell can trigger depolarization.
