Sir in the module of Thyroid where you have taught MEN syndrome,
you have told that in Parathyroid d/o in MEN 1 = Adenoma > Hyperplasia.
But in Parathyroid video, you have mentioned that only in MEN 1 = Hyperplasia > Adenoma.
Mc cause of 1° hyperparathyroidism is Parathyroid adenoma(single gland inv.)
In men-1 more common entity is 4 gland hyperplasia > adenoma
