In Turner Syndrome, why is uterus infantile

In Turner Syndrome, why is uterus infantile . Because Mullerian Ducts are normal only so shouldn’t uterus be normal?

Because Estrogen stimulation is essential and that is absence as a result of ovarian dysgenesis.

Estrogen is required for the growth of the non-pregnant uterus. A patient with Turner’s Syndrome has streak ovaries and hence the levels of estrogen in these individuals will be low. The uterus does not show the level of growth that you would expect in individuals with normal levels of estrogen. This leads to a hypoplastic or infantile uterus. Thank you.
