Radiologists AI is coming, most probably it would be just an additional tool in the hand of radiologists, output from these softwares would be too complicated for ordinary people to understand.
Interesting breakthrough: Biohub scientists developed an AI technique to screen for congenital heart disease in second trimester ultrasounds that is 96% accurate. Current approaches today are as low as ~30% for detecting fetal heart issues. Their AI model is also fast enough to integrate widely into ultrasound software in clinical practice.

Fetal echos are done by fetal medicine expert…Fetal medicine experts are mostly gynecologist ( fellowship after obgy )… very very few radiologist opt for it…
So by this it will be integrated to radiology as it is easy to perform with good sensitivity…
