Chromosome 8 to Ig heavy chain gene
Locus on chromosome 14 which
Undergoes rapid translation and so high
Amount of that oncogene.

(histopathology),
STARRY SKY appearance!!!
The malignant rapidly dividing cells are blue
giving colour of sky
And intervening tingible body MACROPHAGES
White like stars as the slide implies.

(Clinical presentation),
Usually painless lymphadenopathy at late
Adulthood with two forms,
1:: African, usually in the jaw as the pic
exhibits
2:: sporadic, in the abdomen or pelvis.

(Risk factor) ‘’ ’

EBV is a common factor, using CD21 on B cells as a receptor.
