Is DCH and secondary dnb enough for pediatrics
In 1 tier city ?!
Or DM/ fellowships necessary ?
Today one senior pediatrician told me don’t take dch and dnb . Instead do anaesthesia in govt!
What’s the right thing to do ?!

DCH is enough in tier 1city… Even simple DCH/DGO/D.ortho doing better than MD/MS in tier 1 cities…its all depends on ur clinical knowledge and approach towards patients.
Atleast fellowship in Neonatal care and Pediatric Intensive Care is a must to have an edge over general physicians.
