Is it imp to cutoff day sleep at 3:30pm?

Is it imp to cutoff day sleep at 3:30pm? Whole year i used to sleep at this time… After the xm time is declared i have tried my best to cut off my day sleep at this time and reschedule it after 5-30pm…bt 😭😭… After lunch i feel very sleepy… And my brain isalso blocked… Make easy mcq wrong… What should i do?

Have a heavy breakfast, avoid heavy lunch, don’t worry, been there done that, think it’s your exam day everyday from 2-5:30pm, prepare yourself to be alert by 12:30-1pm, think mentally you reached your exam hall & can’t eat anything now.

Continue with ur normal routine don’t get stressed do ur best u can but not at cost of ur mental health
