Is it true that Himachal Pradesh has implemented rule service reservation rule from this year and that can cause a negative shift in counselling ?
The worst part is giving 66.6% and not even dividing itvequally like 50-50% or

Since december 2021 no jobs have been available to anyone so i dont see any reason to implement it except for political reasons
Secondly …majority of students in himachal are inservice candidates. So no pointbprotesting they will suport the majority only.
will it affect all India counselling?
